Siberian Ginseng worth taking? Is it the "best" ginseng or like panax ginseng is better?

You've noticed they get sleepy after using it?

Sleeping after eating is known to be typical cat behaviour ;) They seem normal.

I mentioned elsewhere, but my experience with sensoril this second time around, a year apart after putting in a lot of strength training, is much better. Either I confused my already low energy levels with the effect from sensoril, or it just made it more apparent when I used it the first time. This time I note no reduction in physical activity / energy levels. I still have heaps of motivation to exercise, hike, run up stairs endlessly and so on. I would be out cycling right now if it weren't 100F+ out on the road.

Ohh, well mister cat expert over here, knowing that cats sleep after their meals! Haha.

It's good to know you don't get any tired feeling after Sensoril. I can be sensitive to things that make me tired. High dosages of L-Theanine put me to sleep. So far neither my previous 125mg Sensoril dose, or today's 300mg KSM-66 dose, have made me tired.

Has anyone tried phenibut F.A.A. (free amino acid)?

Replying to oct5 · Commenting to come back to this later, as I've been looking into Phenibut to reduce golf tournament anxiety. OP, any feedback on the Phenibut HCL?

Haha, such a first world problem! Golf tournament anxiety. You could also try adding in L-theanine or valarian root. Adaptogens like ashwagandha would help too, and would have less side effects than phenibut.
