Non Received Ceretropic Order

I'm guessing this will be deleted since MYASD is a moderator of this subreddit, but maybe I'll get some feedback first.
Edit: it won't, thankfully MYASD is not like that.
I found out about Ceretropic in this subreddit and subsequently placed several orders no problem. The most recent one was in April and its never arrived. The tracking information is very odd, says it arrived and left London (I'm in the UK) and that's it.
I was surprised when Ceretropic refused to resend the lost items or to refund me. They're blaming me saying I should have insured it. All they did was email saying they've refunded 50% of my order value back to my Ceretropic account, gee thanks.
However its up to them to make sure orders arrive, not the customers, they can't just blame customs every time something goes wrong, there could be many reasons, the courier could have screwed up, or the address label could have fallen off for example.
Has anyone else had non received orders from Ceretropic and no replacement sent and no refund?

Thank you for the reply.
My email about the chargeback was not threatening in any way. I was polite and never at any point became threatening or uncooperative in my communications. I had no way of knowing what you planned to send to me, I only had the emails I had already received to go on. The person I spoke to said you don't refund and I responded that my understanding was that I disagreed and would have no option but to request a chargeback. This is nothing personal, it's what happens with online purchases. I can imagine its frustrating and difficult for a vendor and probably results in losses, but I can't get emotive about it, it's business as they say.
Personally, I feel the shipping company have an obligation here and I would be following up with them.
You mention insurance several times, according to your terms this would have been pointless because it doesn't cover customs seizures which you stated you believe is what happened here.
The postal address is correct and I get parcels delivered there all the time no problem, even from the likes of Powdercity.
There is no evidence that customs have seized it, unless you have information I don't? And the address wouldn't affect Customs I don't imagine? My point is we don't know what happened so blaming it on the order value, the postal address or lack of insurance is pointless unless we know for certainty that's what…

Charge-backs are just a huge no no to vendors. They are meant for when a vendor scams you, and/or is not responsive to your efforts to work through the issue. It not only immediately takes the money back from the vendors, but charges them upwards of an extra $45 dollars per occurrence. On top of that, each charge-back gets put into a metric, and goes against that vendor's standing with the card processor. They are not just a simple reversal by your bank. They can ruin vendors.
I would have no issue resending your package, if it were not a bunch of peptides to a new address. The shipping address is also not your billing address, which is risky from our side to begin with. If we resent you the package, and it was confiscated too, then we would be out double, plus risk you doing a charge back anyway. We don't know why the package did not get there, because it was First Class. So if it was merely that they lost it, another package could get there just fine. If it was seized, they might be watching for more packages to that address. We have had that happen before, in other countries like Australia. We just know it only happens with order values that are higher. Is that proof? No. However, we send thousands of packages a month, and deal with it a lot.
You may have had packages from Powder City have good tracking. However, we are all using the same mail system. USPS just changed their tracking system, and really messed a lot of it up. Many of our shipments track fine too. Many don't. This is not a difference between us and Powder City doing something different from each other. This is a game of chance in the US mail system. There was a post a day or so ago about the same issue with Powder City. It's USPS that is the problem. I get just as upset when people make posts about Powder City having shipping issues, as I do with ones about us, because I know it is not their fault.
So I am more than willing to work with you on this. I just do not want to send another expensive shipment down a black hole, and end up at the same place we are now. I think sending smaller shipments of peptides is a better idea, based on everything we know about the mail system. I would feel more comfortable sending a smaller shipment of the peptide to you, to see if it gets there first.
