Non Received Ceretropic Order

I'm guessing this will be deleted since MYASD is a moderator of this subreddit, but maybe I'll get some feedback first.
Edit: it won't, thankfully MYASD is not like that.
I found out about Ceretropic in this subreddit and subsequently placed several orders no problem. The most recent one was in April and its never arrived. The tracking information is very odd, says it arrived and left London (I'm in the UK) and that's it.
I was surprised when Ceretropic refused to resend the lost items or to refund me. They're blaming me saying I should have insured it. All they did was email saying they've refunded 50% of my order value back to my Ceretropic account, gee thanks.
However its up to them to make sure orders arrive, not the customers, they can't just blame customs every time something goes wrong, there could be many reasons, the courier could have screwed up, or the address label could have fallen off for example.
Has anyone else had non received orders from Ceretropic and no replacement sent and no refund?

I had no idea what was involved in chargebacks. It was through Google I found out about the process, but like I said in my message this was not how I wanted it to go but felt I might have no option.
I really appreciate you working with me on it. It's up to you if you want to risk sending again but to my billing address or refund? I'd be perfectly happy with either.
I've been saying all along it's USPS's fault, I never blamed Ceretropic for the parcel not being received.

It's okay, not a lot of people know how bad charge-backs are for vendors.
I would be more comfortable shipping to your billing address, as we know this same product was delivered there before. I am going to send it Priority, so we can actually track it. In the future, know that First Class is not going to give you tracking that means anything. USPS actually told me that with the new system, they are specifically told not to scan First Class packages, and that the tracking numbers are reused for other shipments. It is a silly sad change to the system, but it is what we have to deal with. We've learned a lot about the US mail system recently.
I will send you the tracking number via the email ticket we have open.
