Non Received Ceretropic Order

I'm guessing this will be deleted since MYASD is a moderator of this subreddit, but maybe I'll get some feedback first.
Edit: it won't, thankfully MYASD is not like that.
I found out about Ceretropic in this subreddit and subsequently placed several orders no problem. The most recent one was in April and its never arrived. The tracking information is very odd, says it arrived and left London (I'm in the UK) and that's it.
I was surprised when Ceretropic refused to resend the lost items or to refund me. They're blaming me saying I should have insured it. All they did was email saying they've refunded 50% of my order value back to my Ceretropic account, gee thanks.
However its up to them to make sure orders arrive, not the customers, they can't just blame customs every time something goes wrong, there could be many reasons, the courier could have screwed up, or the address label could have fallen off for example.
Has anyone else had non received orders from Ceretropic and no replacement sent and no refund?

First off, we have been working with you this whole time. I was in the process of writing you another email, when someone told me you made this post. Second, I don't delete anything. In fact, I exclude myself from moderating even obviously fake reports, just to prevent claims of bias.
You ordered a large amount of peptides, to a brand new address that you have never sent to before. You chose First Class shipping without insurance. Our shipping policies clearly state that First Class is not reliable and has horrible tracking. Also, customs seizures are more likely the higher the value declared on the shipment. When we told you that, you said that is not a policy in the UK. However, it is up to their discretion as to what they seize or not. We deal with this all the time.
We do not want to reship such a large amount of peptides, to an address we have never sent to before, which does not match your billing address, when we know a package was already seized or lost in transit there. We have reliable shipping options, with insurance available, to give people that piece of mind. You chose the cheapest shipping option to save money, and are now threatening to do a charge-back against us, when we are trying to work with you on it. Not only that, you outright told us you do not feel that paying for insurance is necessary, because Visa rules allow you to do charge-backs to vendors if a package does not get there. Do you think that is fair to vendors; especially when they are trying to work through the issue with you?
We give customers the option to have cheap international shipping, because many people prefer it. We also give them the option to choose a lot more reliable and quick options. USPS First Class comes with absolutely no guarantees to the vendors or receivers. It is a cheap option that makes international shipping very inexpensive, but gives no assurances. Your other comment says that we did not even attempt to open a claim, but that is false. We called USPS on it, and they said there is nothing they can do for First Class packages. Their exact words are: "If it gets there, it gets there. Otherwise there is nothing we can do." That is why it is so cheap, and why we have clear labels on our site regarding it. The descriptions on our shipping options are hilariously long, for this very reason.
Three members of my team have spent time helping you with this issue so far, and we already credited you half the cost, even though that is against our policies for First Class shipping. Your immediate response is to threaten us with a chargeback, and make a post about it saying we haven't done anything to help you. That is not appropriate behavior in our eyes. We are going to refund the full amount to your card, but are also going to put a block in our system to prevent you from making any future orders. Immediately threatening vendors with charge-backs, when they are trying to work with you, is not something we are willing to deal with.
The sad part about all this is that I was half way through writing you an email to credit you the full amount, but you did not give me the chance to send it.
