What hasn't worked for you

It feels like I've tried just about everything out there and find that very very few substances actually have any effect that I can definitively confirm to myself as being a direct action from whatever I ingest. I'd even be happier if I'd gotten some side effects at least there would be some sign of efficacy at least. What hasn't worked for you and what was the biggest letdown ?

I'm sure I could name plenty you'd recommend, and you must have this question all the time, but what would be your primary suggestion do you think? Racetams have done nothing noticeable for me either and I'm looking into purchasing Semax/Selank or similar from your website now after wasting enough money on the cheaper stuff.
Though NSI-189 does seem to have brought me out of my depression for over 2 months now so that's pretty great. Also there's the possibility I have just been buying too poor quality stuff, hence turning to a website like yours! Getting good nootropics domestically in the UK can be a nightmare.

It depends on what you are look for. Semax, and it's N-Acetyl version, have been the most effective for me personally. The new neuropeptides are pretty cool. However, there are so many other substances out there. Natural ones like bacopa and rhodiola work great for some. Then you have things like IDRA21, or even the new racetams like fasoracetam.
