SEMAX as an antidepressant?

Since both SEMAX and ketamine have been shown to increase BDNF singificantly after adminstration.[1][2]
Furthermore, BDNF increase is suggested as a biomarker relevant to antidepressant response for ketamine[2] and other more common antidepressants.[3]

Soo, did anyone notice any kind of effects on depression/low mood from SEMAX?
NOTE: I don't have any experience with SEMAX.

Yeah, the Russians capitalize it as SEMAX. That is where it all started with my supplier. I just got used to it, and have kept typing it that way every since. I suppose it does not need to be in all caps.
