That's true.

It's the first Memantine I've tried, but I seem to get chest tightness, pupil dilatation and panic attacks when I take Ceretropic Memantine.

I was wondering if it's the brand or my body's reaction to it.

I'm guessing it's my reaction to Memantine.

Brand makes no difference. Memantine HCL is memantine HCL. It's possible you react very strongly to memantine. We have had a couple customers report the same thing. One even did just one drop like you did, and got brainfog. No panic attacks that I know of. However, some people are sensitive to memantine. It is powerful stuff.
