SEMAX as an antidepressant?

Since both SEMAX and ketamine have been shown to increase BDNF singificantly after adminstration.[1][2]
Furthermore, BDNF increase is suggested as a biomarker relevant to antidepressant response for ketamine[2] and other more common antidepressants.[3]

Soo, did anyone notice any kind of effects on depression/low mood from SEMAX?
NOTE: I don't have any experience with SEMAX.

How do you compare its mood boosting quality to tianeptine (not combined)?

SEMAX is more of a natural stimulation feeling. Tianeptine is more of a mood enhancer. I would say that tianeptine increases your mood more noticeably, but can make you a little tired. Combining it with SEMAX helps bring some stimulation to counter that. They go really well together.
But you cannot go wrong with tianeptine for mood enhancement. Most people respond very well to it.
