Can you please tell me why some people from here are using L-Phenylalanine and L-Tirosine instead of just using L-DOPA ? (L-Phenylalanine - while in the body - its biologically converted to L-Tirosine which in turn its biologically converted into L-DOPA which is further converted into dopamine, norepinephrine (noradrenaline), and epinephrine (adrenaline). )

I have been meaning to try uridine for some time. MrHappy on Longecity swears by it.
Tianeptine is also one that I am going to be trying. We should be offering it for sale at some point. The serotonin re-uptake enhancement is a very unique mechanism. The only drawback I can see is the short half life.
EGCG is always a good thing to add to the stack, as well as ALCAR. I usually take ALA with my ALCAR as well, since they are very synergistic together.
Saint John's Wort is usually taken for at least a month or more. Most people notice the benefits at 6 weeks. It's fairly similar to bacopa in that aspect.
I've done some DXM experiments, and 15-30mg per day for a week seems to do the trick. You can get pure DXM at Walgreens. Sometimes you have to ask at the pharmacy, as they keep it behind the desk.
Even microdoses of THC have been shown to up-regulate BDNF in the frontal cortex. Also, you should cycle your noopept. I like to cycle during the week. Usually just taking the weekends off.
You can take L-phenylalanine every day. I think 500mg is the standard dose. Since you are not bypassing any rate-limiting enzymes, long-term supplementation is perfectly fine. The same goes for tryptophan. However, I usually just leave that up to my diet.
