Can you please tell me why some people from here are using L-Phenylalanine and L-Tirosine instead of just using L-DOPA ? (L-Phenylalanine - while in the body - its biologically converted to L-Tirosine which in turn its biologically converted into L-DOPA which is further converted into dopamine, norepinephrine (noradrenaline), and epinephrine (adrenaline). )

How did you learn all this? Seriously, i'd love an organized way to learn it. Going through 2 years of biology courses is not an option. I've read a few links about neurotransmitters and hormones but about half of it went over my head. Any chance for non-bio majors?

I've never gone to school for neurochemistry. It's just my hobby. I learn best on my own, a use all sorts of different methods to search for the information I want to find.
