I don't know, you joke but he could seriously be a diabetic. Stakeouts can take a long time, and lots of diabetics keep something like that on them. But exposing them to cocaine is probably not as easily explained.

Sure, keep some candy bars with you that are wrapped up and easy to eat. Don't keep a pocket full of unsealed cookies that will crumble into dust, then place an unsealed bag of confiscated cocaine in the pocket with them. Come on, this is not a believable situation. If this is in fact what happened, I submit this officer is not fit to carry a weapon, and should be discharged.
