I guess it depends on the cookies...and the cocaine. Are we talking Grandma's? Nabisco? Oreos? A gram? 8 ball? Kilogram?
I could maybe see a couple mini Famous Amos cookies and a gram of coke, but not much more than that!

Sure, keep some candy bars with you that are wrapped up and easy to eat. Don't keep a pocket full of unsealed cookies that will crumble into dust, then place an unsealed bag of confiscated cocaine in the pocket with them

While I agree, the poverty line here in the US is slightly higher than many countries. I've seen things in Egypt, Mexico, India, Africa etc. that are on a whole other scale.
