I know this seems silly, but given that information, mail fraud could potentially be one that falls under the law, right? So if a person commits mail fraud while in the possession of a firearm, they could be charged too. I guess my surprise is that someone can be charged for possession of a firearm even if it is not used in connection with the crime, whatever that crime may be.
