I was unaware of this. That will definitely affect my decision then. I just researched, and I found a quote by Johnson saying that they would get $90 million in 2016! Thanks for the heads up!

Ignorance I would say. The statute of forces agreement was signed by Bush. That agreement was what dictated our withdrawal from Iraq. Obama did nothing to modify it.

While I agree, the poverty line here in the US is slightly higher than many countries. I've seen things in Egypt, Mexico, India, Africa etc. that are on a whole other scale.

This is what I was thinking. Perhaps the cycles will shift or change entirely, given our new ability to transfer knowledge faster. Why do the cycles always have to be the same, or happen at all, regardless of innovation
