Ignorance I would say. The statute of forces agreement was signed by Bush. That agreement was what dictated our withdrawal from Iraq. Obama did nothing to modify it.

I was informed by another Redditor about the Libertarian funding in 2016 if Gary Johnson get 5% of the vote, so now that will most likely be what I do.
