I'm not sure on that one. Does Honduras have a restricted list for customs posted somewhere? We've had a customer order noopept to Honduras before, but that was over a year ago. A more recent order to Honduras had phenylpiracetam and oxiracetam, but not noopept.

Oxiracetam is the closest. We are working on some other alternatives as well, and hope to one day get piracetam back up.

I usually combine piracetam, oxiracetam, and pramiracetam with centrophenoxine. Some people add in alpha-GPC or citicoline, but I get low mood with potent choline sources. So I stick to centrophenoxine instead.

Generally I use them as part of a stack. I never really use pramiracetam by itself. They shine when you combine them with other things. That's the same for most nootropics, really.
