Hello everyone and u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, what nootropics do you personally take for studying/learning? I'm looking for nootropics that help with focus/energy/memory. Thank you for your help!

What nootropics do you usually combine with pramiracetam?

I usually combine piracetam, oxiracetam, and pramiracetam with centrophenoxine. Some people add in alpha-GPC or citicoline, but I get low mood with potent choline sources. So I stick to centrophenoxine instead.

Generally I would use oxiracetam, noopept, and phenylpiracetam with it. However, Sabroxy has been doing well for the focus side of things for me. 7,8-DHF would be another I might add in now.

Fish oil is a main one. It oxidizes over time. Pramiracetam melts at 116*F. So we have to keep it temperature controlled. Nicotinamide mononucleatide is susceptible to breakdown over time if exposed to heat and moisture.
