Part seizure of order (phenibut, oxiracetam)

I'm in the UK and received my package today, but it was opened and the phenibut taken out. The oxiracetam remained. No note, letter etc.

It went through Germany, which I've heard can be strict. However, I can say I've ordered phenibut many times from ND and it must've gone through Germany before. Just got unlucky I suppose. One thing that I did do is take a few days to pay the import fee so it was hanging around for a while. Not sure if that makes any difference or if it would only be held up in the UK in that case otherwise. I don't know if my address is now 'marked', hoping to get some things through from Europe before brexit.

Weird that they let the oxiracetam through.
