Curious what your thoughts on herbal vs synthetic nootropics are, specifically with regards to potency and how that relates to learning, memory, and test taking ability. How do you view the more potent classic herbal nootropics such as bacopa, rhodiola, goth kola, lions mane 8:1 vs the different racetams, noopept, etc?
And if you were going shoot gun style studying everyday for an exam (~50/50 combo of memory/logic with quantitative bias) for 2 months or so and wanted to take the same stack (cost agnostic, 4-8 supplements) everyday (including exam day) what would yours look like?

Are you able to comment on “general purpose” stacks containing synthetics that are proposed to you?
How do you feel about something like: rhodiola 3% ros, Lions man 8:1, polygala, 7,8 DHF, Alpha-GPC, oxiracetam, and pramiracetam - as a study stack?

That seems like a solid study stack.
