Why isn't Centella Asiatica (Gotu Kola) getting more attention?
Replying to edefakiel · I did not want to fabricate a lie. I am also interested in the truth. In my understanding, you said that my attitude was irresponsible and implied that I had some sort of agenda, I…
Listen, I get it. You did have a point underneath the emotional response that didn't go unnoticed. You think it is hypocritical to use animal studies to say something may provide a benefit, while not using an animal study to warn of a possible side effect. On the surface that sou…
Agmatine 2.0
Replying to vertigho · Got it, this makes sense. Thank you for the thoughtful response. I'll explore racetams as a potential option to speed up the process. Given that you noted kratom also has NMDA anta…
1) It's hard to say. Nefiracetam might be good, as that binds to the glycine site of the NMDAR. However, I am not convinced of its safety. You can be safe and start with the tried and true piracetam, and go from there. 2) That's really hard to say, as we don't have standardizatio…
Any plans to carry Nefiracetam?
Every time I personally tried it I got kidney pain. I tried it three totally separate times, and each time I got the same pain. If it is something I am not personally comfortable taking, I am not going to sell it to others. It's sucks, because I like the effects. However, the ris…
Obscure Nootropic "Racetams"; any experiences?
Replying to iakobos · The safety concerns for nefiracetam don't apply for humans. Even long-term studies have shown no toxicity in humans or primates. Nefiracetam is actually the drug I'm most interest…
Please do not state that with certainty. The mechanisms behind Nefiracetam's testicular and renal toxicity most certainly do pertain to humans as well. Caution should always be taken with it. If you have some human and primate studies contradicting the risks, please post them. Th…
Is Vosunnootropics a reliable supplier? I'm trying to order nefiracetam and bulk coluracetam.
Replying to __plasma · Penny for your thoughts, u/MisterYouAreSoDumb ?
Every single Chinese supplier you use is going to screw up at some point. Every single one. Without testing, you are rolling the dice. Some suppliers have better odds than others. However, you will never know without testing. Also, suppliers have little incentive to fix issues wi…
Is Vosunnootropics a reliable supplier? I'm trying to order nefiracetam and bulk coluracetam.
Replying to Dajaedrogre · This sub tends to have strong reservations about Chinese vendors due to safety concerns. China unfortunately doesn't have a very good rep in regard to product safety, so I suppose …

How is the nootropic laws in the US going to change?
Replying to norepinephrinex · You know, I'm not sure if I buy this argument. If you look on Usenet archives going back to the early 90's, people were making the exact same arguments , and that era was near the …
The more untested and research-oriented compounds are such a minuscule part of the industry as a whole. It's not a risk comparatively. Just look at the same search trend graphs with Piracetam and Modafinil added to it: https://www.google.com/trends/explore#q=sunifiram%2C%20nsi-18…
Why are Ceretropic's payment methods so difficult? I want to get my N-Acetyl Semax now!
Replying to Yoyomamahh · Thanks bud! So far, so good. I don't even need adderall it seems like, nefiracetam+baclofen+NAC+tianeptine is fucking great honestly. I hope these effects last. Honestly I just wan…
That's great! I would love see if someone else with Asperger's reacts favorably too.
Why are Ceretropic's payment methods so difficult? I want to get my N-Acetyl Semax now!
Replying to Yoyomamahh · I can vouch for MYASD and ceretropic in general. Him and his company are legit and he personally gives lots of information/suggestions/support and is one of the most knowledgeable …
Awesome! I just read your Nefiracetam post. Certainly keep me updated on how the effects go after a few days. The modulation of the glycine site of the NMDAR seemed like it would help you, based on your previous results with baclofen on an amphetamine comedown. If Nefiracetam rea…
Gaba-B agonists, dopamine feed back loop, NMDARs, BDNF... Help me connect the dots
Replying to Yoyomamahh · I understand. The sleep depravation thing happened once, but I have experienced the same feeling without sleep deprivation numerous times. For over a year, at least once a week, us…
D-Cycloserine is actually partial agonist of the glycine site. So it activates the glycine site, but to a lower extent than glycine. It lowers activation compared to homeostasis, just not as much as a full antagonist would. It is an interesting reaction; especially that is is rep…
Gaba-B agonists, dopamine feed back loop, NMDARs, BDNF... Help me connect the dots
Replying to Yoyomamahh · Honestly, MYASD, you are the man. I'm a customer and a fan, and your post really explained exactly what I was looking for. The sleep deprivation was one night, but I've experienced…
Well it's hard to really recommend something without more concrete data. You could do a test to see if Amphetamine comedowns without the sleep deprivation lead to the same effect. You could also see if a mild dopamine re-uptake inhibitor mixed with Baclofen has the same effect. Y…
where can i get my supplement tested ?
Replying to new_star_nootropics · Here is a bunch of options for you! We can run a real crude melting point test for you using our Mel-Temp. If it melts at the expected temperature, it is *probably* Phenylpira…
We'll have an HPLC in about a week or so. ND has an FTIR that we use all the time. We'll be getting another FTIR and an NMR too. That's later this year, or next, though. NMRs are crazy expensive! Colin is super backed up. I would not send anyone else his way. People are telling m…
Are there any issues with taking Semax for extended period, up to a month?
Replying to Debonaire_Death · It gave me nasty problems with digestion when I used it for a month, and they didn't go right away when I stopped: if anything, they got worse for about a week before tapering off …
The copper complexing is confirmed in studies. The comments about the amidate not doing it are my own speculation, based on some assumptions. I just wanted to throw that out there, so people don't think that is a fact yet.
Are there any Nootropics for better muscle coordination?
Replying to killword-noot · You can still dance, /u/CrayonMayon.
He can dance if he wants to. He can leave his nefiracetam behind. Cause his friends all dance, and if they don't dance, well they're no friends of his.

Where can I buy Memantine ?

It will still work. Memantine is just going to smooth out the firing. Basically it is going to eliminate ancillary firings, while still allowing normal operation of the neuron once it reaches excitability. No, nefiracetam would not replace memantine. They are acting in opposite w…

Keep in mind I was taking a lot of different racetams. Probably more than most anyone, save for a few people on longecity. Most days I would mix 4 or more different racetams. Piracetam, oxiracetam, aniracetam, pramiracetam, noopept, nefiracetam, phenylpiracetam, sunifiram, etc. N…

I've never worked with them, and they don't come up as a trusted vendor in my known sources. I would be wary of it for that fact.

Yes, this was a month ago. Now they seem to be offering it again. I'll believe it when I see the shipment delivered, though.

Replying to [deleted] · Oh wow, nefiracetam! Don't see that too often. That's probably something I'll try someday (seeing as the alleged testicular / renal toxicity is pretty much null in humans). That's…
I am trying out nefiracetam again, to see if the kidney pain comes back. So far so good. I just took some coluracetam as well, to see how the two interact. Pretty well it seems. So far the SAMe has been great! I am using Himalaya brand bacopa, which I believe is 60% bacosides. Th…

I don't ever really take NSAIDS, and have a healthy intake of fatty acids from olive oil, grapeseed oil, EPA/DHA, and lot of sushi. One thing I did not think about is alpha lipoic acid. I take that with my ALCAR a lot. That can inhibit prostaglandin synthesis. Hmmm

Agreed. That is why I still purchased and tested nefiracetam. However, the kidney pain I got while on it was concerning. I've tested it 3 times, and each time the pain came back. If it's a psychosomatic reaction, then it's a very consistent one.
