TLDR at bottom
-Background-
To make a long story short, I tried phenibut and it changed my life. It made my mind clear, my mood sharp, my emotional intelligence skyrocket, and just gave me a "happy to be alive" type feeling. Up to that point I didn't even know how amazing the gift of life really was. I thought my Aspergerger symptoms were just my vote personality. I didn't realize my emotional instability, sensory problems, social anxiety, brain fog, low energy levels, irritability, and a shit ton of other symptoms could be resolved.
During this time I was a freshman in college. Never been on a date, socially awkward as fuck, couldn't make eye contact, and would turn red as a pepper any time attention was brought to me. I had tried recreational drugs to try and help, none of which I really enjoyed. Phenibut changed all this for about 12 hours.
Unfortunately we all know about its tolerance and withdrawals. But shit I just knew that somehow, someway, this random Russian gem cured me and set my soul free. I could walk anywhere with my head up, joke around, freely express my opinion, flirt with girls, and face my fears.
The most convincing thing (and what made me believe this…

Honestly, MYASD, you are the man. I'm a customer and a fan, and your post really explained exactly what I was looking for. The sleep deprivation was one night, but I've experienced it numerous times on the adderall comedown. I know adderall is not a long term solution, but I have been using Baclofen for years. My question to you is, what would you recommend for me going forward? Perhaps a nootropic/supplement to keep the glutamine going? Perhaps simply glutamine? Or something like mo/adrafinil to stimulate nmda? I am using a tianeptine sulfate/sodium mix from you guys as well and it helps. I enjoyed the oxytocin as well. I just don't want to downregulate nmda or dopamine and really fuck something up. The dopamine double flooding hypothesis you mentioned sounds like I could be in a recepe for disaster. Or is that a sustainable method with low daily doses. Sorry to bombard you with all these questions but I'm really interested in your opinion on this

Well it's hard to really recommend something without more concrete data. You could do a test to see if Amphetamine comedowns without the sleep deprivation lead to the same effect. You could also see if a mild dopamine re-uptake inhibitor mixed with Baclofen has the same effect. You are not really interested in glutamine. Glutamate is what is controlling activation of the AMPA/NMDA receptors.
Out of curiosity, have you ever tried Nefiracetam? It not only acts as a positive allosteric modulator of NMDA at the glycine site, which you suspect is your issue, but it also enhances GABA. It would be interesting to see how you react to it.
