I take vyvanse for adhd and ciltep, and have been looking at memantine to deal with tolerance. Would memantine not work due to ciltep?

In your next comment you mentioned nefiracetam. Are you saying that would be one option in place of memantine while taking ciltep and vyvanse?

It will still work. Memantine is just going to smooth out the firing. Basically it is going to eliminate ancillary firings, while still allowing normal operation of the neuron once it reaches excitability.

No, nefiracetam would not replace memantine. They are acting in opposite ways.
