Sleep Support combined with Tauromag and Magnesium Glycinate

Hey guys,
I have taken Tauromag and Magnesium glycinate before bed and it has been decent for sleep so far. I was considering adding Sleep Support (because of neuroprotective effects) along with the Tauromag and Magnesium glycinate. Is this overkill?

Thank you sir. I have both of those, going to try it again.
One quick question, do you think whatever Supplements we take right before we go to sleep rather than taking 30m-1H before intended sleep time, , may affect sleep in a negative way?

Your body needs some time to absorb them, so I always suggest at least 30min before you are wanting to go to sleep. However, I don't think it would negatively affect you if you waited till right before bed. It might just take a bit longer for you to feel the effects and actually fall asleep.
