Is ND done launching new products?

Title is self explanatory. No new products in 2025 yet...

Feels like the energy of the this subreddit has absolutely cratered lately.

Will you be releasing any of the Erinamax extracts you were testing out that would be standardized to a higher amount of Erinacine-A and/or other interesting erinacines?

Also wondering if you were ever able to source Evolvulus Alsinoides and if Catuaba is still in the works? Emiel hinted at beta testing some form of Catuaba in one of the podcasts. Exciting stuff on that list!

Yes, we are still working on extracts of lion's mane mycelium. However, some beta testing we did make me pause, as I think the idea that extracts are better might not be true. Everyone parrots around that like it is fact, but we have actually found that removing some of these actives from the mycelial matrix lowers efficacy, not raises it. We think that is due to the fact that some of these bioactives are found in lipid delivery particles when in a non-extracted form, and extracting them from that does concentrate the bioactive, but might lower the bioavailability/bioaccessibility. We have been trying to figure out all the details, and then applying that to putting the extracts back into a delivery system that counteracts that. Our cell culture lab is a big part of that, because we will be able to culture human cells, like epithelial cells, and then measure how much actives actually absorb into the cells. Sartorius is at our facility today getting that set up. It will take us a bit to get going, but once we can actually measure these things in real human cells, we will be able to have a more data-driven formulation approach.

Catuaba is still in the works. It's just been a big challenge there, because everything on the market seems to be a different species. Even US labs are giving people passing COAs for products that we have shown are not the correct species. We had to get a botanist to go into the jungle in Brazil to get us raw plant, and then build our own BRMs after DNA analysis. However, we are close!

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb asked me to post the Lab Testing COAs I received from Bulk Supplements (Below)

That's about what I expected. These are just internal COAs. To start, analyzing nitrogen content is not an appropriate methodology for amino acid assay. This is the same shit China got away with on infant formula and spi

3rd party lab testing for ND?

Replying to MisterYouAreSoDumb · I have said proper lab testing and quality control is important for the industry. Whether or not that proper lab testing is being done by a 3rd party lab or an in-house lab depends

...Continued from above... That's the novel stuff. What about the basic everyday stuff? We do that all in-house? Hell no! We still have to send off TONS of samples to other 3rd party ISO certified labs, for methods we h

Deception in Dietary Supplements: Fake Labs, Faulty Data, and COA Red Flags

Replying to DDsPLZ · Given the existence of "dry labs" offering COA's, i.e. an empty building that will sell you whatever COA you like... aren't COA's useless? I see people tell me not to buy from ND

I mean, yes... somewhat for the average consumer. This is why we made this video. COAs aren't totally useless, as you can spot inconsistencies and get a better idea of whether or not the brand has any idea about analytic
