Title is self explanatory. No new products in 2025 yet...

Feels like the energy of the this subreddit has absolutely cratered lately.

Still, folk tradition holds them in high regard, that's the impression I've got at least.

I've seen some sites saying that, but I don't really see any evidence they were used for the same purpose as Eurycoma longifolia in the same frequency/manner. They have other uses that their actives are more suited to, like anti-cancer, anti-malarial, anti-microbial, etc. However, the data on its testosterone and aphrodesiac effects all seem to indicate they are inferior to Eurycoma longifolia.

Here is a table comparing them

Also, we have been trying to replicate the data on the supposed "eurypeptide" that other brands claim, and we think it is all bullshit. The original study that was used as evidence for it being active was redacted, and the claims about 22% eurypeptide being in there is just BS. We went through all the data, and they are just using an old ass method to measure total protein called Lowry's method. First off, total protein doesn't mean it is all a specific grouping of peptides. Also, the size of the peptides would make them no orally bioavailable, even if they were there. Then Lowry's method has massive matrix interferences with it. There are a bunch of compounds that throw off the total number. The idea that there is 22% eurypeptides in any Tongkat is horseshit. Hell, look at some of the data on the total protein content of Tongkat.

https://www.tjnpr.org/index.php/home/article/view/1983

The protein yield for E. longifolia, P. bullata and S. tuberosa were 0.014%, 0.008% and 0.006% (w/w), respectively, and the SDS PAGE provided a single band within the range of 10 to 20 kDa molecular weight. The HPLC of Eurycomanone, a common quassinoid compound, was found in E. longifolia but not in the other two Tongkat Ali.

Moreover, the extraction method for these extracts making those claims use a high pressure hot water extraction that would break down the peptides. The whole thing is just dumb. We are currently gathering some data to be able to present to everyone that the eurypeptide story is just made up BS.

Replying to quick_buck · How does this product compares to a 100:1 and 200:1 extracts on the market is it more/less potent?

So first off, those extraction ratios are BULLSHIT! Total bullshit. They are made up to trick everyone. The 100:1 is more like a 4:1, and the 200:1 is more like an 8:1. If you see someone selling 100:1 or 200:1 RUN AWAY

Eurypeptides are fake. They don't exist. Those numbers literally come from a single study that used the Lowry's total protein assay, which then they just take that total protein number and call it eurypeptides. For one,
