Title is self explanatory. No new products in 2025 yet...
Feels like the energy of the this subreddit has absolutely cratered lately.

Is there any chance that an Anacyclus pyrethrum extract AKA akarkara is(or will ever be) in the works? Back in the day, the PES Anabeta was one of my all time favorites.

We have been looking into Anacyclus pyrethrum (Akarkara). The issue is there are no BRMs for it, and with what we have seen in other plants, the stuff being sold is likely mislabeled. It has taken us, what... 5-6 years to finally get real Ecklonia cava? It was a LOT of work. It's taking us that long to get the Brazilian jungle plants out, too. When things don't have botanical reference materials, and there is a distinct lack of scientific validation on the identity of the plant, it takes us a long time to do it all from scratch. We have to have botanists go out in the wild, find multiple samples of that plant and create vouchers for them. Then we have to do DNA analysis to prove it's the species we think it is. Then we create our own BRMs for them. Then the real work starts. Then we have to find a real source of it at production scale, and often times the entire supply is fraudulent, because nobody was testing for ID. So we have to show suppliers they are selling the wrong plant, and get them to shift to the real plant for us. In some cases like Ecklonia cava, the local governments have strict rules protecting the plant, so we have to either make partnerships locally to get past those hurdles, or set up our own facility there. We had to start our own facility in Korea to get real Ecklonia cava! However, it is going to be worth it!
