Sounds great. I know my tastes aren't mainstream. I'm going to have fun playing with this. I'm thinking about adding pyroglutamicacidpowder for a sour acid taste and synergy effects. . I assume because you've already used lime that there's not a bad reaction because of ph when mixing

I like ginger, too. So I am with you. I wanted to start with a very neutral balanced one, and let people add what they want. The other thing other brands get wrong is adding in mushrooms that just don't work taste-wise with match, like chaga and reishi. They add it because those mushrooms are popular, but it just totally ruins the taste. I went to a speakeasy in Vegas called Ghost Donkey, and I got a mixed drink there with mezcal and chaga. Ohh man, it was literally the worst mixed drink I have ever had! Chaga and reishi just don't work in drinks that you want to taste good. Poria and tiger milk are neutral, and cordyceps and lion's mane are light enough to be balanced. It's never going to taste like a good ceremonial grade matcha, but it shouldn't. It's a functional mushroom drink based around matcha. If people want good pure matcha flavor, just drink a good ceremonial matcha. Mushroom Magic Matcha is for the functional mushrooms, and I think we balanced their flavors nicely.
Many people in our office like to use it in cold water with ice, rather than traditionally in hot water, so I think cold sparkling water would work. I will have to try it and see.
