Re addition to mushroom magic. I prefer the taste of fresh ginger to boiled. One can press fresh ginger through a garlic press for a " juice"

Some people don't like ginger. I didn't want to add too much and alienate anyone. We wanted to do a functional mushroom drink based around matcha, but with full doses of good mushrooms. This is a good base for people to start with, and then they can mix in other things to taste. Some people like regular milk and sugar. Some people like oat milk and honey. Some like adding in lavender flavored almond milk. This is the base one people can use to mix how they want. We are going to be releasing a Mushroom Magic Matcha latte soon, which will be a ready-to-use blend for people looking for a sweeter and creamier one in a convenient form. We are also working on a Mushroom Magic Coffee.
