Tiger Milk vs. Lions Mane? Repair Brain from THC use?
Original post in this thread

For cognitive and brain benefits solely such as memory, focus, some brain fog, and just being more present in general, which is the better of the two?
Also heard there may be a new lions mane later this week based on clues? Any info?
Also, I do microdose psilocybin and take some Infini-B on top. Wanting the ultimate brain stack for “repairing” MINOR damage done by THC usage over time which I’ve recently quit.

Lol excellent. Me as well sir, but I take tongkat sporadically bc knee pain. Confuses me as far as keeping an eye on my lyme symptoms. Seems like I read it mitigates glucocorticoid induced immunosuppression. Also taking b-aet for this reason. Considering adding 11-ketotestosterone for the same reason, but I really don't have any idea if I'm fucking with my hormones too much. Bout to have a test panel done while I'm running tongkat at b-aet, but unfortunately I never established a baseline.
Ksm-66 is the best ash for me. Only one I haven't tried is your guys' house blend. Took like 100mg if THM last night and I slept like a baby and woke up feeling great, but also like I could've slept longer.
Tiger milk feels good so far, does actually seem to help a bit with breathing, but need more data.
Just trying to take care of myself and not let my lyme flare more than acutely with divorce the on the table rn. The mind is a powerful thing, and the best thing I can do is focus on mindfulness and stress mitigation techniques. The supplements just help solidify the direction I'm already trying to head, and definitely make it a bit easier to mentally get back on course due to favorable neurochemical modulation.

I actually took a tribulus stack we are working on today, too. So I am extra amped up! LOL
The knee pain from tongkat is a drop in estrogen. This is where combining it with horny goat weed and Panax ginseng can help. Definitely get a blood test to know where your levels are first, though.
