So why aren’t these linked on your site? Who are Omnient Labs? Where are the batch testing results not linked on your site?

We are Omnient Labs. That's the lab I started. We do lab testing for other labs and other supplement brands. We link the spec sheets on the site as an image, but Bigcommerce didn't give us the ability to link COAs on the product pages, unless we wanted to go in there and just change the image all the time. We have 400 products, and sometimes multiple different lots on the shelf at a time, so changing the image wasn't feasible. We would just give the COA to customers if they asked via email. However, we recently worked with a developer to code a new function into the site to post all the recent COAs on a tab in the page, so that should be done soon. I think the plan is just to have the last 10 lots of that product on the page, so people can find their specific lot.
