Tiger Milk vs. Lions Mane? Repair Brain from THC use?
Original post in this thread

For cognitive and brain benefits solely such as memory, focus, some brain fog, and just being more present in general, which is the better of the two?
Also heard there may be a new lions mane later this week based on clues? Any info?
Also, I do microdose psilocybin and take some Infini-B on top. Wanting the ultimate brain stack for “repairing” MINOR damage done by THC usage over time which I’ve recently quit.

I've seen the Entourage effect debunked a few times, most notably by Hamilton Morris in his podcast. I'd have to search for the clip.
Everyone has seen you comment a lot around here though and I respect your posts though. Very informative.

Debunking the idea that multiple things working on multiple different pathways taken together might be stronger than each alone? How in the world could you debunk that entire concept?!? It's ridiculous! I've watched Hamilton Morris's show a bunch, and he has certainly tried a lot of drugs around the world. However, even he would have to admit the entourage effect is real, just by some of the recreational drugs he has taken! Just different strains of cannabis alone is proof of it. The combo of multiple cannabinoids and terpenes gives very different effects than another strain. That's literally the entourage effect in action, and where the term sort of started! Take pure THC alone, then take THC with CBD, CBG, THHCV, CBN, myrcene, pinene, and caryophyllene and then try to argue that the entourage effect is a myth. It's insane we are even arguing this objective fact! Even the pharma industry admits it, as they are pushing combination therapies a lot now. Two drugs taken together work better than each individually. That's the entourage effect!

They are even using machine learning to discover possible new drug combinations!

The entire concept of creating stacks is based on the entourage effect! It's not just for cognitive/mood/recreation effects, either. Percocet is oxycodone combined with acetaminophen... People with diabetes usually take metformin combined with lisinopril. Combining multiple things together to get a stronger effect than each alone is literally just an objective thing that can't be argued. Take a serotonin releaser with a competitive MAOI and tell me they didn't work together to create an effect that is massively different than each on their own. You won't like the effects, and you will need to go to a hospital pretty quickly, but their mechanisms interacted with each other to provide a much stronger effect than either could on their own. That's the entourage effect. The fact that people are trying to argue it doesn't exist is mind blowing to me! It's like arguing gravity doesn't exist. It's such a simple observable phenomenon that you can't really argue against it.
