I have not noticed much, if any, tolerance to the normal 100mg dose. I have cycled off and back on a few times without any issues.

5-HT2A and 5-HT2B are different receptors, so no issue there. Also, the heart issues are for full agonists of the 5-HT2B receptor. Ebelin lactone is a positive allosteric modulator of the 5-HT2A receptor.
