We tested their Sigma product, too. We found zero eurycomanone in it. Our method has a 25ppm detection limit. We also measured withanolides, since they make a claim there. They claim to be putting 75mg of a 5% withanolide extract in each capsule (150mg per 2 capsules). This means there should be 3.75mg withanolides per capsule. We detected 0.76mg withanolides per capsule. This means there is 80% less than they claim in there. Total fill weight was 766.11mg per capsule, too. It seems to be mostly rice powder by our estimate. We will try a Megazyme starch test to confirm. We're just assuming based on what they claim is the filler. These results were with our enhanced Shoden method, too. Not the USP method. So this method looks at many more withanolides than USP...
