Because that is being used as a bullshit marketing tactic, just like the liposomal shit right now. Most of the products on the market are just mixing cyclodextrins with active powder and calling them complexes. They are not actually properly encasing the actives with cyclodextrins. Doing it right costs a lot. Look how much this R-ALA cyclodextrin costs mg for mg of ALA compared to the sodium salt we sell. It makes it much more expensive, which doesn't really make sense for many things. So the cost 5Xs and the dose you need to take goes up. Then where is the scientific data showing it really does anything? We have that for the R-ALA cylodextrin, because the researchers in Korea studied it. However, where is the scientific data for all this random shit people are supposedly putting into cyclodextrins? It doesn't exist. People are just using it as a marketing gimmick, and it's just fake most of the time anyway. We don't do shit just because there is marketing hype around it. If something makes sense, and justifies the increased costs, then we will consider it. However, just throwing a cyclodextrin on random shit just because makes no sense to us. I'm not just going to throw sunflower lecithin in with some active and call it a liposome like everyone else, and I am not just going to mix random actives with cyclodextrins and call them cyclodextrin complexes for no reason. The science has to come first.
