My question is not as much lab related as bank related but how do some products get through getting sold, that are far more novel and have no human trials while others that do, you cannot. One in both camps that come to find in particular are 4’-dma-7,8-dhf and bromantane. 4’-dma-7,8-dhf is a completely new ingredient that has less rat studies than bromantane has of human studies, not including the years of use of people and athletes that conclude its safety profile. It's just confusing how that works, and while on the subject, why were some analogues stopped from being sold? Such as phenylpiracetam hydrazide, why is phenylpiracetam A-ok to be sold, while the production of the analogue was halted? Thank you!

We are just as in the dark as you are. Why banks decide what they do is a mystery. They keep their risk assessment and regulations private. Every bank is different, too. Sometimes their decisions make zero sense, but there is nothing we can do about it. There are no business banking protection laws in the US like there are consumer banking protection laws. Banks can and do make up whatever rules they want for businesses, and we just have to accept them. Like okay, I can accept that. They make the rules and we have to follow because the US government hasn't decided businesses need protections in banking too. Fine, that's cool. However, what I don't get is why they can't tell me the rules ahead of time! They keep their rules private, most likely because they make them up on the fly and change them all the time, so how can a business be expected to follow all the rules they are not told?!? It's insanity! You know how many bank lobbies I have sat in now? You know how many early morning calls I have gotten saying we had 30 days to close our accounts and find new banks? If we had lost any more banks, I would have run out of banks to even go to! We have built up our existing banking relationship over years. We work very closely with our current banking partners, and they treat us fairly. However, what they say goes. If they say we can't sell it, we don't sell it. I can't risk losing more banking relationships. It almost made me have a nervous breakdown back then, and I just can't do it anymore. I want to focus on advancing nootropics, not banking. So as much as some things frustrate me, I have to just accept it and move on.
