Pittsburgh federal officials at the attorney office has raided and brought charges against several nootropic vendors for unscheduled products and have seized $10 MILLION DOLLARS from businesses in relation to this case and are facing up to 5 years in federal prison as well as $250k in fines. Companies included in the case include Absorb Health, Proven Peptides, Sarmsx and Peak Nootropics which now has a notice on it's website stating "Peak Nootropics is Ceasing Operation Effective Immediately"

That was a solid read. He clearly missed most of what you were saying and paid for his mistakes in the end.
Josh did make an interesting point though - how do you respond when people claim that ND's in-house testing has an inherent conflict of interest?
I know the obvious solution is to test every batch with a 3rd party AND confirm in-house, but that also seems like a waste of money when you already have your house under control.

There's no conflict of interest when you realize that our main interest is ensuring that nobody ever gets something not as it should be. We are responsible for everything that gets to customers. It doesn't matter if we show results from a lab saying it was good if those results ultimately turn out to be wrong. 3rd party labs make mistakes all the time. We have had to catch them many times. Nobody cares about the validity of results more than I do, because it is ultimately my reputation on the line. The buck stops with me, so I am going to ensure things are done to the highest standards possible. A 3rd party lab doesn't fundamentally care what the results are. They do the tests, give the results, and then move on to the next sample. I care about the actual results. I care about finding the actual truth. I am more than willing to reject batches if I am not sure, so knowing things are 100% correct and validated is my #1 priority.
Also, our lab is independently ISO certified now. I didn't just expect people to trust me. I went out and had us independently audited and certified.
