Pittsburgh federal officials at the attorney office has raided and brought charges against several nootropic vendors for unscheduled products and have seized $10 MILLION DOLLARS from businesses in relation to this case and are facing up to 5 years in federal prison as well as $250k in fines. Companies included in the case include Absorb Health, Proven Peptides, Sarmsx and Peak Nootropics which now has a notice on it's website stating "Peak Nootropics is Ceasing Operation Effective Immediately"

Josh was a piece of shit, and the community and industry are better off with all his companies shut down. I tried to warn him years ago, but he didn't listen. He just lashed out at me instead.

Josh's companies were also raided almost 2 years ago now. This is just how long it took to reach a plea deal. The law moves slowly. I knew he was raided the day after it happened. None of this is new info, other than he really was dumb enough to have almost $6M in a single Wells Fargo account... I told him to stop making fucking disease claims. I told him to start properly testing his shit and stop putting customers at risk. He decided he wanted to make a lot of money instead. Now that money is gone. He only has himself to blame.
