Pittsburgh federal officials at the attorney office has raided and brought charges against several nootropic vendors for unscheduled products and have seized $10 MILLION DOLLARS from businesses in relation to this case and are facing up to 5 years in federal prison as well as $250k in fines. Companies included in the case include Absorb Health, Proven Peptides, Sarmsx and Peak Nootropics which now has a notice on it's website stating "Peak Nootropics is Ceasing Operation Effective Immediately"

The good days of nootropics are over. With China reducing racetams production and general tendencies to reduce freedom and increase surveillance in West I think many nootropics will not be available very soon.

Everyone has been saying that for years. Truth of the matter is that all of these companies were owned by Josh, and he was a danger to his customers and the community as a whole. I tried to get through to him years ago, but he just wanted to deflect and lash out at me instead. I tried to warn him. He only has himself to blame.

That's incorrect. It had nothing to do with labeling at all. We did not label these compounds as supplements, didn't make disease claims, and didn't make structure function claims. We called them nootropic compounds, and
