I live in Canada and my 200$ order that was out for delivery got returned to nootropic depot now... The contractor that DHL use, TForce, didn't even try to contact me or left a note... How could I know because usually its Canada Post and they know to deliver during business hours.
Anyway, I am not blaming ND, but I'm quite pissed and I needed to vent...
Now I have to wait till ND receive it and post it again!

Will you post some kind of announcement when it's online and working? I'm in the same boat as the guy above. DHL Ecommerce is a flaming box of shit in Spain and I am holding off on ordering ATM because of it.

Yes, we will make an announcement. I had hoped to have it enabled by now, but they are still fixing some of the rates and integrations. I want it to be a smooth transition, both for customers and my warehouse team. We are close, though.
