I live in Canada and my 200$ order that was out for delivery got returned to nootropic depot now... The contractor that DHL use, TForce, didn't even try to contact me or left a note... How could I know because usually its Canada Post and they know to deliver during business hours.
Anyway, I am not blaming ND, but I'm quite pissed and I needed to vent...
Now I have to wait till ND receive it and post it again!

Do not worry. We are completely dropping all our international shipping business from DHL Ecommerce soon. It's been in the works for a while. I am sick and tired of DHL and T-Force fucking shit up, lying about it, then blaming us for things. We are done. We are shifting to the same carrier that iHerb uses for their international shipments. Canada Post will always be the one delivering with the new service. No more private last mile carrier jabronies.
