I live in Canada and my 200$ order that was out for delivery got returned to nootropic depot now... The contractor that DHL use, TForce, didn't even try to contact me or left a note... How could I know because usually its Canada Post and they know to deliver during business hours.
Anyway, I am not blaming ND, but I'm quite pissed and I needed to vent...
Now I have to wait till ND receive it and post it again!

Tforce are a pain in the ass. Once they faked delivery. Another time, they lost the package. Costumer service is the worst you could imagine. Last time, when they lost the package, I called them, and they told me it's gonna be there in two days, just to get rid of me. Then I recalled, and the other guy tells me they have never received the package, even though they have scanned it and DHL confirms they delivered the package to them on the date of the scan. The fake delivery, well, the status goes to delivered, there's no package in sight. I contact them, and they sent me a "proof of delivery" that consisted of a picture of a package way too small to be my order, outside, in front of a front door that isn't my front door nor any other front door on my street. I don't understand why ND keeps using them (DHL told me it was their choice)

DHL is lying. It's absolutely NOT our choice, and we have yelled at them many times to stop using T-Force. We are in the process of completely replacing DHL altogether because of it. All of our international shipping is going to be pulled from DHL Ecommerce very soon. So DHL Ecommerce and T-Force can suck a big bag of dicks.
