I live in Canada and my 200$ order that was out for delivery got returned to nootropic depot now... The contractor that DHL use, TForce, didn't even try to contact me or left a note... How could I know because usually its Canada Post and they know to deliver during business hours.
Anyway, I am not blaming ND, but I'm quite pissed and I needed to vent...
Now I have to wait till ND receive it and post it again!

They only started using them at the start of the pandemic, because Canada Post were putting limits on the number of packages they were allowing from certain carriers. We didn't even know they had. They just started shifting some packages to last mile with T-Force. We told them to stop, but we can't even get straight answers, much less any help.
