I live in Canada and my 200$ order that was out for delivery got returned to nootropic depot now... The contractor that DHL use, TForce, didn't even try to contact me or left a note... How could I know because usually its Canada Post and they know to deliver during business hours.
Anyway, I am not blaming ND, but I'm quite pissed and I needed to vent...
Now I have to wait till ND receive it and post it again!

I figured so, made no sense to me that you would keep using a company that makes you lose big money. Just the two of my orders were a total of like 700-800$. Do you ever get the packages back or do they just "vanish"?
I really suspect they deliberately keep a percentage of packages and deliver some to not make it too obvious that they are stealing people.
I notified the police the first time when they faked delivery, and they said they would probably do nothing, even though there is proof that they do that all the time.
I really hope they do deliver the package I'm waiting for lol

We do get returned packages. However, sometimes they come back 6 months later. It's insanity. Where were they for half a year?!? We usually don't get them back for the one that show delivered, but actually were not.
