I live in Canada and my 200$ order that was out for delivery got returned to nootropic depot now... The contractor that DHL use, TForce, didn't even try to contact me or left a note... How could I know because usually its Canada Post and they know to deliver during business hours.
Anyway, I am not blaming ND, but I'm quite pissed and I needed to vent...
Now I have to wait till ND receive it and post it again!

You just lost me as a customer if that's the case. I don't use Canada Post. Ever. Under any circumstances.
You should absolutely rethink your decision on this. I'd say the majority of Canadians absolutely despise Canada Post. I am not even close to being alone.
UPS is the best service in our country BY FAR. Fed Ex second and Purolator is a joke.

Canada Post will only be the last mile delivery. It's going to be Asendia for the service. All our standard mail for yeas has been delivered using Canada Post. T-Force was only brought in by DHL Ecommerce this past year because of shipping limits imposed on them by Canada Post. It's also not every package using T-Force. Canada Post is delivering some of our packages right now, as they have been for years. We also offer DHL Express, which is insanely fast to Canada. Some customers get their packages in one day. So that is a secondary option. We also offer FedEx to Canada if customers want to choose that one. This new Asendia service is going to be good, though. It's going to be much better than the current DHL Ecommerce.
