MicroMag - Lecithin Content?

I'm interested in sucrosomial magnesium. I noticed another brand of it mentions sunflower lecithin in the ingredients. I take it lecithin is part of how sucrosomial mag works. So does nootropics depot's contain lecithin as well? If so, how much?
The reason being, i try to avoid choline supplementation at all cost, since I badly react to high amounts. If it's a negligible amount that's fine, but if each pill contains a gram of lecithin, I'd be concerned.

Thanks. I did some googling on the sucrosomial technology. Some pubmed studies on the sucrosomial iron mention it uses sunflower lecithin. I assume maybe the magnesium does as well.
With that said, I don't think I'm too concerned about the choline content anymore. Seems lecithin contains about like 15mg per gram, so it would likely be a negigible amount if at all present in the micromag dosage.

Correct. The choline should be negligible regardless. They are using it for the phospholipid part anyway, not the choline part.
