Different batch of adrafinil capsules?

So I had been buying ND adrafinil powder until they ran out. So I bought a 30 capsule bottle, and all was well. I then bought another that arrived like a week ago. Well, the powder in the capsules smells completely different this time. It formally (both powder and caps) had a rubbery taste, quite distinctive. This bottle has almost no smell, and I for some reason am getting zero effects from it. Where before 450mg of adrafinil was perfect, ive tried a dose all the way up to 1200mg and still, nothing.. waited 5 days, tried 600mg also, no effects. For context, I would take adrafinil 3 days a week, on an alternating schedule. Any insight as to why this would be? ND depot has always had top notch quality and excellent product. Should I reach out to their customer support? Has anyone had a similar experience with ND adrafinil?

It sounds like your process and knowledge of it is incredibly advanced and, that would be revolutionary technology. So cool you guys are always innovating and are in the forefront of the industry. Great to have such an awesome company paired with awesome customer support.. half the time you can't even get somebody to listen to your issue let alone have the owner explain things in the extremely detailed terms. Much appreciated and I'll be honest I Rave about your customer service whenever I can. Thanks so much for the information and I hope your company does nothing but expand. You guys definitely deserve it.

My pleasure! It's been a long time coming. I have wanted answers to these questions for a long time. Nobody could answer them for me, so I had to build my own analytical lab and then move to the next step of doing a synthesis lab. I am trying to answer these questions for my own scientific curiosity as much as anything else. It's why I have put the amount of money I have into these projects. Maybe they will pay themselves off eventually, or maybe I will just finally get answers to the questions I have had for almost a decade. Either way, it's worth it to me!
