D3/K2 Tablets from NootropicsDepot. Too much vitamin d?

I recently wanted to purchase some D3/K2 tablets from ND when I realized that the tablets contain 5.000 IUs of vitamin D3 which seemed quite high to me.
It is much more than the daily recommended dose so I was wondering if there is a risk for vitamin d toxicity with daily prolonged use especially for someone who is already in the standard vitamin d range?
The science does not seem to agree on the optimal vitamin d levels in the human body and also the daily upper limit with vitamin d supplementation.
Maybe ND or someone with a lot of knowledge on vitamin D3 can shed some light on this matter?

If anything, it's the K2 MK-7 that has too high a dosage, given its long half life. I know that the dosage is in line with most products, but that really accumulates over days.

100mcg is a good solid dose without going too high. Hell, some customers wanted us to go higher on the MK-7. We had to strike a balance between both. Also, 100mcg is one of the most studied doses.
