I know these have been asked about 2-3 months ago, but I'm wondering what the status is of these two new extracts now.
I'm also very interested to hear more about the effects of each from u/MisterYouAreSoDumb or others at ND, especially the maca as it hasn't been discussed much. Thanks!

vaccine
This is a great explanation. What are your thoughts on possible side effects in the form of Myocarditis and Pericarditis following mRNA vaccination? This seems to be a big topic among the unvaccinated crowd.

They seem to be very rare and transient. Out of 177 million people that have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, there have been less than 2,000 official reports of myocarditis and pericarditis. There are likely more than that with mild cases that are not officially reported. However, it's still super rare. What is not rare are cardiovascular side effects from actually getting COVID-19. Those are common in COVID patients, and are much more than just transient issues. Tens of millions of people are going to have to live with long-term cardiovascular issues because of getting COVID-19. Add that to all the other serious long-term issues people are getting after fighting COVID, and how virulent the delta strain is, and it's clear that the vaccine is by far the most prudent choice for anyone seriously looking at the science.
