This was one of your better rants, along with your extensive use of the F word
Amazon is likely to piss off a lot of people, because they're a scummy company but as you've said you would drop it in a heartbeat if it was possible, I'm sure lots of people hate Amazon everytime they use it, but they do so because of it being very convenient and that's the first thought people have when they want to order something, oh I'll check if Amazon sells it and get next day shipping for a stapler or set of pencils
People just need to invent a new platform to rival Amazon, but that could be very hard as they're already established in the forefront of people's minds
I've seen lots of rivals to eBay, where the seller keeps all fees, and funds don't get released till the buyer is happy with what they've received
But saying that, I still use eBay because of various things, more likely to find what you want on eBay compared to others
Just keep fighting the good fight!, your whole customer base is behind everything you strive for
