Cycling NMN

First off, I’ll say that ND’s NMN is by far the best I’ve tried. But, like most NMN products I notice a decline in efficacy after maybe 1 week.
I’m considering cycling 1 week on, 3 days off, or something similar.
I’m curious if you’ve all noticed something similar.
My dosage is 250mg in the morning, but I can take another dose late afternoon without noticing it too much. I find it works in the background and isn’t too stimulating.

Not a high dose at all bud, David Sinclair takes a gram a day and he’s the top researcher of this stuff. Granted he has money and his skin in the game but still.

David Sinclair did not use enteric coated. That makes a MASSIVE difference. No way would I take gram of ours a day. I would be insanely overstimulated. I did a ton of testing with NMN powder and capsules, and nothing feels nearly as strong as the enteric coated tablets. I am very glad I did not make the tablets a higher dose, because it made a much bigger difference than I expected.
Also, if you go back through those Longecity threads where people were taking crazy doses, the consensus was the marginal benefit over normal doses was not worth it. At some point you are just wasting it. Also, getting it into your body intact, by getting it to its transporters in the small intestine without breaking down, means you are getting more mg for mg compared to straight powder or normal capsules. 125mg of our enteric coated is like much more as a powder.
